The situation before
The operator tracked their inbox for one month and found 214 incoming WhatsApp messages with only 31 unique questions. Every reply was manual, often typed at 11 PM. Bookings that arrived overnight stayed unanswered until morning, and customers had moved on by then.
What the bot does
Customer messages the number. Bot identifies intent, shows trek options with dates, difficulty, and pricing. Customer picks a route and date. Bot confirms remaining slots and sends a Razorpay payment link inside the same chat.
Customer pays. Razorpay fires a webhook. Bot reads it and sends a full booking receipt with meetup point, what to pack, and an emergency contact. Whole thing takes under 5 minutes with no one on the business side awake.
For anything outside standard booking, the bot escalates gracefully and passes full conversation context to the owner rather than hitting a dead end.

Flow mapping from real chat history
We went through 6 months of WhatsApp chats. Every question, every booking that fell through, every edge case. Mapped 31 question types and 12 edge case paths before writing a single line of bot logic.
Week 2
Build, test, deploy
Bot built with tone matched to the operator's style. Razorpay webhook wired for real-time payment confirmation. Deployed Monday morning. Two minor message adjustments made in first 48 hours based on real customer responses.
After 60 days
- Customer selects trek, date, and slot without staff involvement
