Terms of Service

The service

Sociovio is a WhatsApp and Instagram business automation platform operated by Syntexco Business Consultancy Private Limited ("Sociovio", "we"). By connecting a WhatsApp Business number or an Instagram professional account to Sociovio, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must have the legal right to connect the WhatsApp or Instagram account you use with Sociovio — either it is your own business account, or you are authorized by the business that owns it. You are responsible for the content your automation sends and for complying with Meta's platform policies for WhatsApp and Instagram.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sociovio to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages outside Meta's messaging policies.
• Collect or process data on people without a lawful basis to do so.
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.

Payments

Pricing is published on our pricing page. Fees are billed as agreed at onboarding and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You can disconnect your WhatsApp or Instagram account from Sociovio at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms or Meta's platform policies are violated.

Liability

Sociovio is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
