Data Deletion
If you have exchanged messages or comments with a business that uses Sociovio on WhatsApp or Instagram, or if you are a business owner who connected an account to Sociovio, you can request deletion of your data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Message us on WhatsApp using the button below.
- Tell us the WhatsApp number or Instagram username the data is associated with.
- We verify the request and permanently delete the associated data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
What gets deleted
Message and comment history, contact details, and any Meta API access tokens tied to the account you request deletion for. Business owners: disconnecting your account from your Sociovio dashboard also revokes our access token immediately, before data deletion completes.
